My stay was quite the rollercoaster. On one hand, the hotel is beautifully designed and the pool area is luxurious, creating a perfect retreat. On the other hand, the unfriendly reception staff and some disorganization at check-in left a sour taste. While the breakfast was tasty, the limited variety may not suit everyone's preferences. Overall, it’s a lovely spot to relax, but the service could definitely be improved.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, which is truly a gorgeous place to relax. The staff, especially Leyla, were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. The breakfast could use more variety, but it was fresh and tasty considering the island’s limitations. It's clear that there’s a lot of beauty here, but some areas, like the garbage management on the island, need attention.

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely boutique hotel in San Andres. The views from our room were breathtaking, and the pool was a true oasis of luxury. I appreciated the welcoming and helpful staff, especially Leila and Julie, who went out of their way to assist us. However, our arrival experience was not ideal due to some confusion with the reception and room availability.
